My entire career as an attorney has been devoted to the practice of immigration law, with a particular focus on complex business immigration matters. My areas of expertise include H-1B, E, O, and L nonimmigrant visa classifications, as well as EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based permanent residence applications and family-based immigration matters. I also have exoerience in teaching immigration law at the New York Career Institute.
I am a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a Co-Chair of the New Members Division Committee of AILA's New York Chapter. I am admitted to New York and New Jersey Bars and provide immigration services anywhere in the United States.
I am a native of Moscow, Russia. Before becoming a lawyer, I had a successful career as an architect and interior designer. Projects I contributed to received prestigious awards and were published in magazines such as Architectural Record.
