Founder of six growing companies; Optima Law Group, APC; Value Point Advisors; Qi Matrix, Inc.; Allylix, Inc.; Urigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and Inverseon, Inc. Member of multiple for-profit and not-for-profit boards. Committed to collaborative business relationships with focus on emerging companies and entrepreneurs. Over 21 years of legal experience with intellectual property, corporate, securities, executive employment, transactional, licensing, litigation and regulatory law.
