Bio

Russell G. Petti, a former Major in the United States Marine Corps, graduated first in his class at Emory University School of Law. He subsequently served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the Central District of California. At present, he maintains his own law firm, where his areas of practice include ERISA, first party insurance bad faith, general commercial cases, municipal liability, copyright, and white collar criminal law. He has argued over 20 cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has participated in briefing numerous other appellate cases, including one decided by the United States Supreme Court.
