Lori Bolander is the owner and principal attorney of Bolander Law Group. A graduate of the University of California at San Diego and California Western School of Law, Lori was admitted to the bar in 2005. Prior to that, she worked for a trusts and estates attorney for five years. After graduation, Lori began practicing in the area of trusts and estates and opened Bolander Law Group in 2006.
Within months after starting her own practice, Lori successfully undertook a bench trial on the removal and surcharge of a Trustee, which resulted in a published case. Lori represents numerous clients in trusts and estates litigation, and administration matters, including several professional fiduciaries. She also serves on the Probate Court’s Court-Appointed Attorney list.
Lori assists clients in planning their estates and uses her litigation and administration practice as an asset to facilitate well-planned estates for her clients by minimizing court involvement and to prevent litigation.
Lori was nominated for the San Diego Daily Transcript’s Young Attorney award in 2009 and 2010; in 2012 she received her first nomination and award as a Top Attorney. In 2012, Lori was elected co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the San Diego County Bar Association.
