Bio

Co-founder and trial consultant at Trial Innovations.  Conducted mock trials and focus groups throughout the country, from California to Florida and Washington State to New York. Strategically consulted on all kinds of cases, including civil rights, complex business litigation, construction defect, insurance, environmental, finance, medical malpractice, patent, and product liability cases. Selected hundreds of juries and prepared hundreds of expert and lay witnesses throughout the country.

Active in the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC). Former co-chair of the pro bono publico and awards committee of ASTC. Current board member and upcoming treasurer of ASTC.

Past or present member or affiliate of the American, California, Florida, and Alabama Psychological Associations.

Completed doctoral training in clinical psychology and a predoctoral internship for the state of Florida with an emphasis in forensic psychological assessments.
